ugghh so the last workout i somehow hurt my back...it was either pushing harder because I got a brand new heart rate monitor or doing this leg machine where I lay on my stomach and lift my legs up to my butt (i think it was that) anyways haven't worked out since and feeling really bummed went to chiro and felt worse afterwards and spent 300. Today I feel better so hopefully I'm on the mend. the lady said once you hurt your back you have to be careful....great. I'm getting old. She said light walking is good. So going to try that today.
Today did 40 mins of cardio at snap and then 15 mins of strength Sat 60 mins cardio at snap Fri 60 mins cardio at snap Tues 3/31 20 mins turbo jam 25 min shred
So I decided to start this blog as one of my New Years Resolutions. I use to journal all the time in college but fell away from it. I thought this woud be a new way to get back into it. I know this is public but it will just be a boring interpretation of my life where I am trying to Live - Learn - Love and have some Joy. I will be laughing too but wanted to change it up a little. My New Years resoultions 1. To lose weight again.....every year I say this but I mean it for real.....back on slim for life again 2. Journal on here 3. Organize my house more ...... follow the fly lady website more 4. BE more thankful
