Today I haven't worked out yet but did mow the lawn. Plan on walking tonight.

I can't believe it is already mid June. Summer is here and I am motivated to workout ALOT.

ugghh
so the last workout i somehow hurt my back...it was either pushing harder because I got a brand new heart rate monitor or doing this leg machine where I lay on my stomach and lift my legs up to my butt (i think it was that) anyways haven't worked out since and feeling really bummed went to chiro and felt worse afterwards and spent 300. Today I feel better so hopefully I'm on the mend. the lady said once you hurt your back you have to be careful....great. I'm getting old. She said light walking is good. So going to try that today.

2009

So I decided to start this blog as one of my New Years Resolutions. I use to journal all the time in college but fell away from it. I thought this woud be a new way to get back into it. I know this is public but it will just be a boring interpretation of my life where I am trying to Live - Learn - Love and have some Joy. I will be laughing too but wanted to change it up a little.

1. To lose weight again.....every year I say this but I mean it for real.....back on slim for life again

3. Organize my house more ...... follow the fly lady website more
